Interesting idea, will try that. I'd prefer the 4G to work as it should. We both upgraded to the £30 100Gb deal but we are hardly using any of it due to the poor speeds. Maybe it would be better to go back to the £15 deal or try another provider.

I've noticed recently that watching video e.g YouTube is becoming almost impossible with a good 4G signal in almost every location I've tried. Same locations where I've had no problems in the past.

Has anyone else noticed this? Is O2 throttling 4G back to 'make way' for 5G?
