Below is the advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through to discuss your upgrade.&lt;BR /&gt;Call 202 from your mobile.&lt;BR /&gt;When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.&lt;BR /&gt;Press 2 for Everything Else&lt;BR /&gt;Press 5 for More Options&lt;BR /&gt;Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>No option for live chat, try calling and get told I will be waiting an hour to speak to someone- what’s happened o2?? That’s me joining EE, better coverage, better prices and guess what ??- you can actually talk to someone! I know Covid 19 has affected us all but o2 really needs to up there game, all I wanted to do was upgrade. Well done o2 another customer lost</description>
