Can I ask why “next day delivery” (if placing an order before midnight) isn’t happening? Placed an order last night - just had an email with an expected delivery date of the 20th!

Now if it’s Covid related etc etc etc - fine, but update the “next day delivery” with a reason why there will be a delay to at least inform!!!

Usually due to no stock.

O2'S system isn't live so devices can show in stock when they aren't.

Hey there @Swampy , sorry to hear you had a delay in your order delivery earlier. Did you end up receiving it ok in the end though since you last posted?
