Poor delivery packaging

Hi,

Just received my new Xperia 1 ii, which is great, and it came within 1 working day, awesome.

However I am seriously unimpressed with the lack of delivery packaging! It was sent in just a thin DPD bag, and the box for the phone is dented, affecting the value if I decide to sell it if I don't get on with it. What's wrong with spending a few £'s on bubble wrap or a jiffy bag for a £799 item??? 🙄

Hopefully everything works on the phone, all things considered..

you see here is where o2 cant win im afraid @SpaceInvader20 some people don't want them to use single use plastics and things such as bubble wrap and do their bit for the environment.

Ive had laptops delivered in just the box it came from the factory in, and also kit delivered in huge boxes with card and bubblewrap, and id rather put less in a bin than more...
