Im leaving 02 and want to keep my number with the new supplier. I cant text for a pac code as i have more than one phone on my account. I have gone on to my 02 and theres nothing there regarding me requesting a pac code. I have called them and thet said they were unable to take my call. This is getting really frustrating now as i cant order my new phone until this is sorted. Can anyone advise me on how i can get around this problem? I need to keep the number i already have as its used for work also.
