      <title>New SIM - need to unblock phone</title>

      <description>I have got a new Vodafone SIM for my son to use in my husband’s old phone (O2). It won’t work in the phone so I’m guessing we need to get the phone unblocked. I can’t get through to o2 (obviously, because nobody can!) - is there any other work around that anyone knows of?</description>

      <description>Thanks &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3392389"&gt;@M15&lt;/a&gt; and &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/27"&gt;@jonsie&lt;/a&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I’m not sure what the phone tel number was (I have the IMEI but that’s it). The phone was just an old work one that was upgraded - my husband wasn’t 100% which member of the team had it - but we know that his firm has been with o2 for years so know it’s an o2 phone. I take it that if I don’t have the tel number, that’s going to be an issue?</description>
