      <title>Website Bug</title>
      <link>https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Discussions-Feedback/Website-Bug/m-p/1225520#M109360</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;Please be advised that there is a bug when ordering a SIM from the O2 website. My address does not have a street name, and your automatic address lookup from the postcode and house name works just fine, but when submitting the order (with a blank street name that's not visible to me), the next page is an error page. I had to click the "Enter address manually" option and move the village name (actually a hamlet name, and even more correctly in Royal Mail Postcode Address File terminology, a Double Dependent Locality) into the street name field to get the order to be accepted. You either need to accept a blank street name, or to use the first populated field returned from the address lookup as the street name, even if it isn't actually a street name.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
