Unbelievable...a phone just delivered and definately not a UK plug attached to the charger :((( so frustrating when I need the phone

If you are desperate you can still use an EU plug in a UK socket but you can also get adapters.
If you call customer service they will arrange to send you the correct charger.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the charger of your new phone, have you had a chance to report this already? As suggested above Customer Service should be able to sort this out, but please let us know how you get on.
