      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been a customer with O2 since June, as i had heard good things about this phone provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As of yesterday morning, my phone did not work for a whole 24 hours unless i was connected to wifi. I am disgusted with the service and help i recieved, i missed important calls and emails due to this happening.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm also annoyed as i pay my contract on time every month with out a problem, and i do not expect to be paying money to be unable to use my phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Obviously many other loyal customers have also been affetcted by this. What will be done about the problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
