      <title>O2 failure description</title>

      <description>o2 put out an ambiguous explanation for the recent loss of service. It was possible to find the real explanation on IT sites. They say that an expired SSL certificate (£3.99 per year) caused the problem on an Ericsson server. This affected service as far as Japan! Now why did O2 talk of nodes when a simple explanation was available. And why did it take so long to find the expired certificates? Who controlls their renewal? In future please treat us tech savy and not fools.</description>
