@donnybhoy Have you checked the coverage checker to see if there is a faulty mast?

checking their 'status' and 'coverage' pages was the first thing I did: nada

their on-line help is unavailable

I'm near Watford so the collapsed network seems pretty wide.

Not good that they haven't put up any information online

Mine is not working in Bournemouth 3 phones on my account and same on all of them. I also cannot log into my O2

A faulty mast effecting Birmingham, Bournemouth, Manchester and other areas?

Managed to get onto their 'status' page at last

Allegedly there is a fault in a local [Watford area] mast:

"Sorry a phone mast in this area isn't working

This means your service might come and go until we fix it."

I’m in London, seems like I can make and receive calls now. Still can’t load the status page to see what the problem could be. Has anyone else got their coverage back?

There are now four threads addressing the same issue. I expect there will be more as no one ever bothers to look. This is obviously a network-wide issue, which I'm sure O2 must be aware of by now.
