is anyone els having trouble contacting anyone on live chat my phone seems to be cut off even tho th ebill has been paied and i cant contact them to sort the problem 😞

@brooke You can call customer service for free on any phone on 0800 032 1402. Better to call than to try and use Live Chat.

Yeah, you're not alone. I'm using a laptop. The webpage, "Help" is constantly trying to connect to live chat. I see it bottom left corner of the screen. I'm using Chrome.

Not sure why it ain't working, sorry.

Try a different browser or clear cache and cookies from the one you are using

Sigh!

I can't get in contact with O2 to unblock my phone.

Nothing happening on live chat.

I will have to borrow someone's phone to call them.
