02 calls not being received.

Apparently at the moment (17/09/18) some people are NOT receiving calls from other 02 users, this was gleamed from a "02 Live Chat Guru". TODAY.

I am one of the peeps, and after a Sim swap, Im'e not happy!

Have tried all the usual suspects that they sugest, complete waste of time, and how many more times do I have to tell them the same details..............

A non service that is heading for another Sim swap with Vodaphone!

Uh live chat, they don’t know their head from their feet, don’t believe anything they tell you

I must be one of the lucky ones then. I am on O2 and so is my son and grandson. I have had calls from both of them today

@DISGRUNTLEDSY It may be an issue local to your area. Call customer service on 202 from your phone. You're more likely to get a satisfactory answer that way rather than using Live Chat.

@Marjo @EmilieT @Martin-O2 any possibility of checking this with O2, so we know that it's not just live chat telling more porkies?

Problem solved now, moved to Vodaphone!
