On 13th Sept, I chatted to Indrajit through the Live Chat service, querying some data charges which was not right. I was half expecting to be going back and forth with 02 about the charges. Fortunately, Indrajit was a LEGEND! and helped resolve the issue within the same chat. I was going to submit good feedback through the automated feeback system, however for some reason it got stuck on the first page. Hence, here I am writing a feedback through the community page as I feel that Indrajit went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you very much Indrajit. I have been an 02 customer for the past 11 year and with Indrajit's excellent customer service, I will continue to be a customer for the foreseeable future.
