Gentleman from Cape Town

I just want to point out I’m from the Uk and never have experienced this level of customer care. I spoke to monirul I think that’s his name. He was so hopeful and extremely polite. I’m now considering moving to Cape Town if all the people are as nice as him. Keep up the great level of customer service. I’m going to keep this professional but If his single tell him call me lol. Ok too far I no lol

I’ve recenlty spoke to 2 people in Cape Town as well, and again they were very helpful. They wasn’t able to answer my question fully, but that wasn’t down to the. It was down to the despatch team in the U.K. placing the wrong con number on delivery and even saying it was coming via DPD when it came via U.K. mail.

the 2 people in Cape Town tried everything

Sorry @Melbox1 but the gentleman concerned is 83, has three wives and 17 children.....

Great post though and it's brilliant to read about good customer service. 😀
