    <description>&lt;P&gt;NO PHONE AT ALL YESTERDAY I WAS&amp;nbsp; INFORMED IT WOULD BE BACK UP AND RUNNING AT 11.00 LAST &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; NIGHT &amp;nbsp; ITS NOW 8.10 &amp;nbsp; THE NEXT DAY &amp;nbsp; AND I STILL HAVE NO PHONE&amp;nbsp; IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING THESE PROBLEMS ? ? ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
