      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Hazel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To report a network fault just give customer services a call on either 202 from your mobile or 0844 809 02 02.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To help them try and give them as much detail as possible, such as:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Location (post code specific).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Behaviour (dropped calls, no service etc).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does it happen on 2G or 3G or both.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Othe customers affected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Length of time the issue has been going on for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does the problem occur when your SIM card is in another phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They may ask for more, but with that you hit the ground running in getting it resolved ASAP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I've been having same problem for just over a month to always be told theres theres no problem clearly there is of my signal keeps dropping n fone calls ain't comin through I've done a sim swap and reset my setting like they said n it's still the same if u Google it loads of ppl in different areas having the same issue this is getting a joke I'm missing important calls from doctors and stuff even o2 couldn't get through wen they rang straight to voice mail I'm payin my bill for wot</description>
