    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I've had a fraud bar put on my sim by mistake back in November.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have raised the issue on the phone with customer service multiple times over the past 5 weeks and every time they say 24 hours to resolve, but nothing has been resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm now being charged for this time even though my sim hasn't been working for 40 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even the store say they cant help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help appreciated thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
