      <title>My phone does not work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently upgraded but I can not make or take a single call! There is bars showing as signal but it never works&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can’t even answer a call to o2 to try and get the issue fixed&lt;/P&gt;</description>
