      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I placed my order for an iPhone 17 Pro Max on 29 September. It’s now been over a month, still shows “Processing,” and I haven’t received any updates.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Customer Service, store staff, and the online chat all say they can’t find any details.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can someone from O2 please check what’s going on?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
