      <description>&lt;P&gt;My up grade phone under contract&amp;nbsp;no: (REMOVED) has been returned to O2. According to DHL i was not in yet no card was left with a contact number for me to arrange collection. They had it from the 1st to the 11th August with just two attempts to deliver, although a&amp;nbsp; I gave them an alternative day they ignored this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Will O2 send the phone out again as I am not paying a higher tariff with no upgrade?&lt;/P&gt;
