Hi guys, I have a question. I ordered a new sim card to replace my very old one (PAYG) over the phone on Monday. And this afternoon I suddenly got completely disconnected, cut off - no internet, no network and can't receive any sms or calls either. New sim has not arrived. Could the O2 have switched sims for me without letting me know and before I received my new sim? I really need to be able to use my number for work purposes and don't know what to do. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

Agreed, it would be, although they often forget to mention it!
