      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a phone from o2 with a new sim card and a monthly payment plan and the money came out of my bank account however ive had no confirmation email or any way to track my order or even see it as a past order on the website.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
