On website shows you can collect from store same day I belive is after 4h go collect next day as was busy nothing guy on store was very rude and not helping&nbsp; at all. Called twice to O2 and not get enough help as well. Monay was taken from account same day but where is my item! That was ordered as gift for birthday for my daughter now looks like shes not get them even as Christmas present!? So angry even guy on phone told me they can't refund my money once I refuse item I get refund but when i get item is scam for me took money for that long time and not send product!
