      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello O2,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just purchased one of your Black Friday Sim only deals on USwitch.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;According to the contact I have received, I must process before 23:59:59 on 20th November 2024.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, my NEW Sim card is due to arrive on 21st November 2024.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do I need to do?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
