    <description>&lt;P&gt;That's 5 to 7 WORKING days not actual days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So with luck it should come back by the end of next week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But customer services won't talk to me, and I'm loath to go to the shop because they'll tell me to ring up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i made an insurance claim about 2 weeks ago now, was told to fill out a form, which I have done and sent back straight away &amp;amp; I still haven’t heard anything back.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I made a claim on my insurance circa last Friday afternoon for a smashed screen, they collected the Google Pixel 7 from my Parents' on Monday, and I have yet to have any updates on the status of the repair or refurbished replacement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried live chat but they won't talk to me because I can't scan the QR code as I don't have access to my phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
