My left AirPod is significantly quieter than the right. I should be entitled to a free pair of headphones for this issue? I bought it at O2, not Apple

So long as nothing is blocking any vents in the pod, @Anne11_1, speak to Apple Direct. They can do a remote diagnosis before you trek to a store. Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple (UK)

I wouldn't let O2's repair service anywhere near.

If under 12 months let Apple deal with it

If you swap the pods left to right does the issue stay with the pod or your ears?
