      <title>Too long to repair a phone</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent my phone back for repair nearly 4 weeks ago. All the repair site says is waiting for info from the manufacturer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How long does it take information back from them(Samsumg)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Really slow process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi people,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers for the replies.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Done all the above mentioned by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/14600"&gt;@Bambino&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; a few times and continuing to do so. Luckily I have an old phone I can use for the time being.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll keep pestering O2 on a regular basis and probably make a complaint as well to see what happens.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Its nearly been 4 weeks and I cannot believe it takes this long to get information from a company in todays connected world.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its been a really poor service and I hope that I don't have to use it again and wait another 4 weeks. I've been with O2 for years and to use this service for the first time is a really bad experience of customer service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Problem solved. When it was returned it should have been set as a faulty device and a replacement sent out within the next few working days. Whoever dealt with this didn't mark the record for new device to be sent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A new one is being sent out today and should be here this week.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
