Trading in old iPhone

Hi, I recently upgraded to a new iPhone 13 pro. I took the option to trade in my old iPhone 11 in order to reduce my monthly airtime plan.

The phone arrived and I set it up but there was no option to return the old phone so I still have it. I have looked in to it on the website and can't' see the option. there's no option to speak to anyone at O2 about it (never has been) and I'm at a loss as to what to do.

Does anyone have any experience of this and what I can do.

You should be sent a recycle pack within 14 days.
