I have been kept on hold twice with a helpdesk and the number started with 0343, so wanted to know how much O2 charge a minute when dialling this number?

Calls to 03 and 070 numbers cost the same as other standard fixed line numbers starting 01 or 02, and are included in your minutes and texts as part of your tariff.

Many thanks as was on hold for around 30 minutes in total and was worried it was premium rate.
