O2 Priority??? Really???

Hello guys,

I have been trying to connect to O2 Priority Tickets since this morning at 9 am, as the presale for the Depeche Mode tickets at the O2 Arena was starting at 9.30am.

The website was down until 10 pm or so. When I was finally able to browse the tickets, the general admission ones were already sold out. In 30 minutes!!!

Guess what... A few minutes later I could find them available at Viagogo for almost the double price!

Seriously guys, your practices are disgusting.

Dissappointed customer.

I'm really sorry about the website. Not sure what happened there, but we're investigating the incident to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Regarding the tickets, are you sure they're not available anymore?

There aren't any standing tickets left. The only left are quite bad. It's worth waiting for the official sale tomorrow to get better tickets. That's not really a 'priority', is it?
