Hy

I'm new to the forum. I have intermittent problems with the media messaging service. I though I had got it sussed but obviously not. I have been sent a photo from my other half and I have received the 6 digit pin code that is supposedly meant to enable me to access it. However having tried it it keeps telling me that I'm not allowed to put in numerical characters. It has worked before but its never straightforward.

Help what is the consistent way to do it.

Just to clarify, I don't have my phone set up to receive photos I have to go onto the site to see them

Thanks

Mariainuk :womanvery-happy:
