      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i received my new phone via mobile phones direct on O2 early in the week&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i installed the new SIM into the new phone and am awaiting my number to be transferred, i inputted the PAK code upon ordereing and was informed it would take a few days, its been 4 days and the number hasnt transferred over, whats the best solution as i have tried calling 202 and it hangs up when i hear the options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
