I’ve been with O2 for a few years. Everything has been ok until a few months ago when my 4g data speed at home has dropped, typically 2M or less. I have the My Network app which consistently reports higher speeds than Opensignal. It regularly says speeds are okay around 4 to 5M, but then says “you have no connectivity “, takes me offline and I have reported the issue. All the automated replies say they have tested the network and there are no problems in my area. What is goin on?
