      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I’ve been paying monthly payment for years now for a phone/sim that I don’t even use, I had to change number for personal reasons .. can I just cancel the direct debit from my bank if the the phone is paid off and airtime is paid off ? I don’t even know where the sim is either to receive a text to confirm .. hope this makes sense&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
