150 voucher extra for Trade in deal

Recently upgraded to Samsung s21 and offer of extra 150 on trade in on top of the amount for my old phone.
How do I claim this please the voucher that came with new phone says use my order number when arranging trade it...it doesn't work. Have spoken to 3 different advisers and got 3 different answers none of which has helped.... Anyone please??????

I'm having the same issue with the extra £150 when you buy a Samsung Galaxy S21 and trade in your old phone. I've tried inputting my order number on the voucher code box, but it just keeps saying its invalid. I need to do it before tomorrow otherwise the deal expires - help please!
