      <title>My 02 signing in not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternon all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Samsung S21.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried logging on to my phone's My O2 app but it does not accept my username and password. However I am able to log on to My 02 app on the O2 website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called customer services, they told me to delete then re-install the O2 app- did not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this did not work I was to use the webchat- I could not find this anywhere on the 02 website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then cleared the data and cache-this did not work either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then called O2 and the automated service hung up on me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else had this issue, if so what's the solution?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nasir&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1391859"&gt;@Elric&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to contact O2 to reset your app signin.&lt;BR /&gt;All numbers are in this guide &lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support" id="Guide069"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.&lt;BR /&gt;Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.&lt;BR /&gt;Press 2 for Everything Else&lt;BR /&gt;Press 5 for More Options&lt;BR /&gt;Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.&lt;BR /&gt;You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.&lt;BR /&gt;8.00am is the best time to call if you can.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
