      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the prompt reply Cleoriff.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had a look before posting, and there isn't an Extra in my account. Trouble is I didn't take a screen shot of the order, and can't see it in my account. As this not considered "critical" customer service (seems to be reserved for joiners and leavers), call centre is not able to help at the moment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was wondering if I have missed something when I signed up... Hopefully a member of staff cal help when they have a spare moment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
