Hi I put an order in yesterday and it was ment to arrive today but I still haven’t received it.
I’ve went into my 02 app to track it and it says the stays is complete yet no one has been to deliver my parcel at all today? Can you tell me where my parcel is please.
This happened to me when I got my mobile contract out with yours and it took over a week for it to arrive

Have you had an email to say it's been dispatched. If not, then it's not on it's way. It may be out of stock.

Yes I received an email to say it was dispatched and it’s on it’s was. Also I checked my tracking on the app and it says it’s complete 🤔

The tracking details should tell you when it's due to be delivered.
