Insurance claim - no email

I have made a claim on my insurance as my phone has a smashed back. On the phone I was told it has all gone through. I have received a text with the insurance number and another text saying I should receive an email about this claim. However, I still have not received any emails. I tried calling customer service when it was open but I couldn’t get through to a person due to me already calling that day about an insurance claim.

A new phone is arriving tomorrow via DPS, I just need to confirm what I need to put on the front of the envelope and ask if there is a way to get a confirmation email sent out with my receipt and details on.

All you need is a piece of paper with your name, address and claim reference.

The courier will have everything else needed.
