    <description>Hey so I wanted to upgrade and usually i use live chat to do this as i can get loyalty discounts etc but as i cant do this is there anyway to actually speak to somone as i am not renewing my contract if i can get it cheaper elsewhere, i like O2 and have been with them for years but am frustrated that i cannot speak to an agent. Can anyone help</description>
