Hi. My phone has been disconnected. I am a student nurse and working full time unpaid so’s trifling financially, and have just been told I have tested positive for coronavirus (my bill is late, and I carried over last months bill too, don’t judge me for this you don’t know my circumstances) ... anyways I made a promise I would pay my bill today (17 April) and it was placed on hold by payments management. However when I went to ring my phone won’t let me call out, I can’t receive calls or texts, it’s saying my number isn’t recognised and my o2 account has been shut down, I feel like my phone has been disconnected without warning. I just want to pay my bill and get my phone up and running however I am isolating alone, I have no landline, I can’t use my phone obviously and the online chats won’t let me get on! What shall i do ! Please help I desperately need my phone

You can try calling Payment Management again in the morning on 0800 902 0217 or Customer Service using Skype on 0800 032 1402

download and sign up for Skype if you don't have it already

then try calling the free numbers early morning

Plus my phone won’t even let me phone 02 of my handset as been cut off
