Hi douse anyone know if the o2 family boton still works becaue I am trying to set it up and it won't work?

Have you registered for a Family Plan discount, received confirmation from O2 that it's been applied and yet it's not been? Your post is unclear. If you are having problems, then you need to speak to Customer Services:

Hi @Luke30

You'll need to call customer services to set up or change your numbers. I cannot ever remember it working on the wwbsite.
