Hi I'm not receiving my OTP (one time pass code) which I get by text, when using my debit card to make payments. Bank says they've been sent and so does visa verification. They are blaming my network. And it has only happened since the 02 crash last week. Couldn't pay holiday off or a bill that I pay online. 🙄
Is it 02 still working on repairs???

Which bank is it?

The first thing banks blame is everyone else...

I would ask them to check the interconnect between their sms gateway and the network they are using to send the messages

Thank you to you both. Just cannot pay larger amounts. Had family pay it. Then I transfer to them...
