Issues claiming free Huawei tablet

Hi - I was wondering if anyone could help me? I tried to claim for the free tablet after purchasing the pro 20... I've waited 30 Days and the form is constantly rejected by the website saying that the IMEI number is invalid. It's definitely not! Any ideas? I'll called O2, who told me to call Huawei, who told me to call O2...

Everyone seems to be having issues with this promotion

The first thing to try is a different browser. IE seems to work for a lot of people

If it doesn't work for you then I will tag @Martin-O2 or @EmilieT our community managers to see if they can help ?
