      <description>Been charged for a call not made? Premium rate call seemly 9s costing over&lt;BR /&gt;£5. Can't seemed to find much out about this number 09023951816 or get through to o2 the 202 call just cuts off and the landline number yes but seemly o2 inundated with calls ??</description>

      <description>Hi thanks I went on the checker it's some sort of voice recording. And yes Japanese is what I found. None of the info makes sense. Looked at my phone calls and it's saying I called it 12th Nov call lasting 8 seconds. Very strange</description>

Customer services are the people you need to speak to for the bars to be applied.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the meantime BLOCK the number on your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
