Hello can you please help I've either lost or not received a voucher for my free tablet I've checked the box and it's not there and the bag the phone came in has been thrown away, i just thought it would come at 30 days I never knew about a voucher will O2 give me another voucher or shell I cancel my plan I have 14days to do this and on day 10 as this was one of the reasons I upgraded and I want the tablet thank you

For your reference, please see the link below for the terms and conditions re the offer of a free Huawei tablet:

According to the T&Cs you should have received a leaflet containing the URL you would need to apply for the free tablet. If this has been thrown away or not included in the bag containing your new phone, you can certainly contact Customer Services

http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus, between 8-8:30am being the best time to avoid a long wait on hold; to see if a spare leaflet can be sent to you. Though I doubt this will be possible due to a limited supply of tablets, but it's always worth a try.

If not, and you only upgraded to get a free tablet, then cancel the upgrade and return the phone.

The website doesn't go live until December 8th so you can't claim before then.
