It sounds like you have a premium numbers block on your phone and you, therefore, need to speak to Customer Services to get them to remove the block http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus. The best time to ring is 8am to avoid a long wait on the phone.

We've often asked for such settings to be available in MyO2 but nothing changed so far.
