      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was offered £176 for my s7 Edge. Then they received it and said £17.50 because its software locked apparently. All I did was factory reset it before I packaged it to send it. I've told them to give my phone back! Bloody scammers!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you didn't remove your Google account first it will have tripped the factory reset protection which means it needs your Google login to be usable again.&lt;BR /&gt;Once you get it back, enter your Google login details then remove your Google account once the phone boots up. You can then reset it again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>They will use anything as an excuse to seriously lower the original offer. Favourites are a cracked screen or water damage. Take it to CEX where you will get a more better deal</description>

I would also advise against sending it back to them, use CEX instead.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
