Hi, I've just been told that the Boostbox service is only available to business users, despite the help file referring to home or office use. Does anyone have any experience in getting a Boostbox at a residential address? Thanks

The O2 Boostbox Service is only available for purchase, ownership and in life support by O2 Business Customers and not for non O2 Business Customers.

Tugo or WiFi calling are offered for consumer contracts.
Very rarely will a boost box be allowed on non business contracts.
